General terms and conditions
TNO Fast Track applies the general terms and conditions for assignments to TNO. These apply to all quotations and agreements. General purchasing or other general terms and conditions of the client do not apply to the legal relationship and are rejected.
TNO has established these General Terms and Conditions and filed them with the Registry of the District Court of The Hague and with the Chamber of Commerce. The General Terms and Conditions can also be found on the TNO website.
