At TNO we have over 3500 researchers and experts. They are skilled at leveraging technology to solve problems and thrive on tackling fresh challenges. Is there a technology challenge your company is struggling with? And do you think we may be able to help you? If so, we’d be happy to get to work for you.

Depending on the question, we can offer a solution during the expert session, or provide a referral in our network, or a scope assessment of a possible larger and more comprehensive innovation process.

What we will do

We will contact you to determine if we can assist you with your question. Is this the case? Then we will connect you to an expert. You can then purchase a day ticket from us, which allows you to hire one of our experts for a maximum of one day. For example, the expert can conduct research on that day and give you expert advice on the problem or make an inventory of what needs to be done. It may also be the case that this will not be sufficient for the challenge you are facing. That is why the expert session can also be used as an scope assessment for a larger process.

  • A technology challenge within the area of expertise of one of TNO's experts

You will receive

  • An expert with expertise in regards to your problem providing you with insights into your challenge for one or two days
  • A technology consultation to help you to start solving your challenge

Costs

The fee for one day is €800 (excluding VAT). The fee for two days is €1,600 (excluding VAT).

Participating

Looking to get a technology consultation from one of our experts? No problem! All you need to do is meet the following conditions:

  • You are a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)

  • This is your first time requesting this service this year (in relation to the fee)
